An open house will be held from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday, March 18, in the Heber LDS Eighth Ward, 170 West 500 South. The bride is a graduate of North Sanpete High School, LDS Seminary, Snow College, and recently recieved a bachelors degree in Parks and Recreation Management from Utah State University. She served in the Guatemala City South LDS Mission. The bridegroom is a graduate of Wasatch High School and LDS seminary. He served in the South Africa, Cape Town LDS Mission. Weir, Provo, son of Don and Kathy Weir, Cincinnati, OH, on March 13, 1999, in the Manti LDS Temple. A reception will be held in their honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Fairview First and Fourth LDS Ward, 122 South State. The bride is a graduate of North Sanpete High School and Snow College. She is employed at Zions Bank in Provo. Grandparents are Ross Johnson, Gunnison, and Russell and Maurine Giles, Mt. Pleasant. The bridegroom is a graduate of Rossford High, Rossford, OH, and Brigham Young University. He served an LDS Mission to Honduras. He is employed at as a multi media producer. Grandparents are Margaret Ferguson and Janice Stewart of Ohio. The couple will make their home in Orem. Klondike camp deemed great success conference will address exceptional children Two-da- y Fountain Green news FOUNTAIN GREE- N- The Second LDS Ward Relief Society Annual Day was held, March 3, in the cultural hall, under the direction of the presidency, Camille Field, Lorraine Bailey, Karo-ly- n Bailey and Kenna Rasmussen. President Camille Field welcomed everyone including stake leaders. Competitions involving an array of scouting skills then began with troops proceeding te along a timed course in intervals. Boys were enthused over the experience of the skills course and learned many things. Scout leaders were positive in their evaluation of the skills course.
