On Friday, Snow College beat the winter storm into Salt Lake, yet failed to heat-ufalling behind early and never mounting much of a threat against the Lady Bruins, eventually losing. 47-8Emilyn Hullinger continued her recent hot streak, leading the team with 14 points, followed by Kim Westwood, who had 10 points to go along with her team high, six rebounds. The following night against UVSC, the Lady Badgers rebounded from the SLCC loss well, shooting 67 percent in the Lance Barnes led the team in scoring with 18 points to go along with his team high, eight rebounds. Paul Jonas contributed points, six assists and six rebounds, while his partner in the backcourt, Brandon Fries, added 10 points and three steals. Against the Wolverines, the Badgers were whistled for 31 fouls, resulting in 50 free throw attempts for UVSC. The Badgers hit the road again this weekend as they travel to St George on Thursday for a rival, big game with Dixie College. Dixie and Snow are tied with 3 conference records and each needs a win to stay close to undefeated, CEU. ia 0 as easy. Things couldnt have gone worse for the Badgers during that run if they had played the game outside in one of the worst blizzards in recent memory.
