The Mt. Pleasant Carnegie Library will sponsor a summer reading program, "Readiculous: Read For The Fun of It." A series of seven programs, gam held at 1 p.m., each Tuesday and Lynn Cook, Thursday, will include a variety of activities to encourage reading for children, between the ages of four and ten. Evening Children may begin to register June 1. Dark Activities June include, 11, Funny Bunnies, Silly Geese and Other Funny Animals, games, crafts, stories, and cartoons; June 13, Safety Sam Day, obstacle course, displays, and activities; June 18, Tickle Your Funny Bone, a variety of humorous things. Also, June 20, Joke About Day; June 25, Clowning Around With Books, face painting, stories, and games; June 27, Circus Acts, crafts, cartoons, puppets, and July 2, Red, White & Blue Party, treats, surprises, games and stories.
