Show Happiness is workshop theme A EPHRAIM clinical psychologist and author, Gary Applegate, Ph.D., will be the guest speaker at a womens workshop, Happiness Its Your Choice, held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, October 3, at Snow College Dr. Applegate has spoken to over 75,000 people all across the country and is the president of the Center it For Skill Development, a corporation, in Sherman Oaks, Calif.
