Riggs Maijorie Esther Webb Riggs, 63, 1033 E. 1100S., No. C, Clearfield, died Friday, Nov. 7, 1986 at the Humana Hospital Davis North of heart failure. She was born July 24, 1923 in Liberty, Ind., a daughter of Dr. Oscar M. and Alma White Webb. She married LaVar D. Bennett Feb. 8, 1942 in Quartzite, Ariz. They were later divorced. She married James K. Riggs July 24, 1954 in Pocatello, Ida. They were later divorced. She had worked at the Naval Supply Depot. She retired from Hill Air Force Base as an inventory 24 years of service. She was reared in Rising Sun, Inc. She had lived in California for seven years and had lived in Clearfield for the past 40 years. She graduated from Palo Verde Valley High School and from Millers School of Business in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a member of the Clearfield Community Church. She was a charter member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary in Roy. Surviving are one son and one daughter, Lee Bennett, Ogden; Mrs. Sue Oshaughnessy, Arlington, Va.; five grandchildren and five Also surviving are one brother and one sister, Oscar M. Webb, Bountiful; Mrs. Winifred Wimberly, Macon, Ga. Services were held Nov. 12 at the Lindquists Clearfield Mortuary with Pastory Larry Dobson of the Clearfield Community Church officiating. Music for the services included Amazing Grace with George Rytting as organist. Interment was in the Clearfield City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jim Webb, Ro- ger Webb, Dalt Tolman, Mark Chilton, Troy Chilton and Byron Worster. Devereaux rites held He was a veteran of World War I, serving with the U.S. Navy in New York as a Seaman. He had received several medals. He was a member of the VFW. Funeral services for Arlyn J. were held Nov. 3 in the Pleasant Grove 2nd Ward with Bishop Keith Sterling officiating. He died Oct. 29, 1986. He was formerly of Kaysville. He was preceded in death by one son, three brothers and one sister. Dedication of the grave was by Dean Sweat with interment in the Fort Douglas Cemetery. Military honors were accorded by Hill Air Force Base Honor Guard. Pallbearers were Eric Deveraux, Craig Swett, Troy Bingham, Quinn Deveraux, Darwin Bingham, Fred Copeland and Buzz Smith. Honorary Pallbearers were Lew Terry J. Burnett, 15, of 2093 W. 2300 N., Clinton, died Sunday, Nav. 9, 1986 at his home. He was born Jan. 15, 1971 in Ogden, a son of Reed Milton and Rebecca Bodily Burnett. He was a sophomore at Clearfield High School. He was a lifelong resident of Clinton. He attended Clinton Elementary and Sunset Junior High School. He was a member of the Clinton 5th Ward. He enjoyed model cars. the Kaysville LDS Tabernacle with Bishop Glenn Taylor of the Kaysville 19th Ward officiating. Main, Kaysville, died Saturday, Nov. 8, 1986 of a stroke at the Veterans Hospital in Dallas, Tex., while staying with a daughter. He was born Sept. 20, 1899, in Hyrum, a son of Christen O. and Annie Johnson Thompson. He married Verna Willey Thompson March 25, 1944, in Salt Lake City.
