They had all been knocked down once before but we thought the w ind had blow n them dow n. However, this time the costly signs were destroyed with paint. This destruction is against the laws of our country and should be halted belore it goes any further and the culprits should b punished. Halloween will be next week, and parents should make sure that their children do nothing destructive on that oicassion. Wouldnt it be wounderful if we could change Halloween into a night for doing something helpful for everyone instead ol something destructive?
