A skit was presented with Glenda Staker as narrator and slides were by Ruth McKinney, with Mack Wilkey as father; MorRae Wilkey as mother and the children portrayed by Linda Farley, Debra Wilkey, Kathy Hafen, Antonette Berti, Tamara Tuttle and Amy A fashion show of the was created by the Fairview North Ward under the direction of Verda Amundsen, work leader, with the following models: Julie Rae Christensen, Susan Hamilton, Mary Mower, Ruth Ericksen, Wilma Bench, Mabel Ericksen, Cora Johnson, LaRue Johnson, Gene Mower and Ruby Hansen. The Fairview South Ward directed by Anne Jones, work leader, wore beguiling styles modeled by Cindy and Josie Stewart, Tammy Madsen, Joan, Dawn, Wanda and Marjorie Ramey, Lisa, Geniel and Hazel Anderson, Susan, Eris, Karen and Norma Elaine Anderson, Joan and Margaret Bench, Charlotte Bell, Mildred Lasson, Virginia Mower and Alice Nelson. The ML Pleasant Second well-dress- ed Marx Ellen Jorgensen, Fran ces Peel, Marva Lazenby, Arlene Peterson, Maridean Johansen and Phyllis Truscott under the work leader of the Mt. Pleasant Third Ward, Ida Stott. The Mountainville Ward mod eled "What to Wear" by Fannie Shelley, Vera Shelley, Er-- , ma Ruesch and Marie Ann Burnside with Erma Shelley, work leader. Spring City Fashion Show and Look of '64 was created by Yvonna Justesen, work leader, and models, Viola Peterson, Thelma Madsen, Hurta Strate, Utahna Strate, Marne Allred, Ethel Sorensen, Rudy Strate, Bergetta Jensen, Marilyn Sorensen. Fragile and dazzling ways to look was fashions worn by Mt. Pleasant Fourth Ward models, Tremaine and Diane Rosenlof, Dixie Ericksen, Cora Johnson, LaRue Johnson, Gene Diane Jorgensen, Lucy Lowry, Marie Corbett, Lynette and Joyce Lowry, Audrey Brunger and Gladys Peterson, with Gladys Peterson as work director. He came to America at the age of eighL They have lived in ML Pleasant for 35 years. and the marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. Mr. and Mrs. Menzies are the parents of eleven living sons and daughters: Joseph, El Monte, Calif; Mrs. Margaret Cox, Spokane, Wash.; Mrs. Kate Summers, Roundup, Mont., James, Fairview, Robert, Helper; Mrs. Rowe (Jo) Olson, Mrs. George (Priscilla) Seely, Mrs. Harold (Bemiece) Woolsey, and Clifford, all of Mt. Pleasant; Mrs. June Olson, Ephraim, and Leslie of Ely, Nevada. They also raised a grandson, Dee Menzies, from infancy. Dee is now married and lives in Mt. Pleasant. Mr. and Mrs. Menzies have 42 grandchildren and 40 greatgrandchildren. Mr. Menzies quietly celebrated his 85th birthday on Monday, April 20, at his home. He walks a distance of a mile to town to shop every day and back again. He walks at a brisk pace that would put many young folks to shame. Neither he nor Mrs. Menzies walk with any aid. They keep up their large yard and she does her own housework, washings and ironings and is very apt at embroidering and needle work.
