She thinks American people are friendly and happy people. She visited the schools, Relief Society, sewing plants, powdered milk plants and the cheese and butter factories and club meetings throughout the area during her visit. Guler loved to take walks. She enjoyed the mountains and the beautiful fall colors that have been around us. She walked to the post office every morning because she wanted to get some exercise. She is a very happy person, loved singing and playing the piano, and she could adjust very well under any conditions. Television has only been in Turkey for a short time, so she found enjoyment in many of our programs. The Andersons feel that this experience has been a very wonderful one. Guler cooked Turkish dinners and also separate dishes which they enjoyed very much. They have noticed differences in the customs of the Turks. They will always have a tender spot in their hearts for the Turkish people because of this experience.
