Rasmussen celcbiuted their golden wedding anniversary October 1 with a family dinner at their residence in Fountain Green. Mr. Rasmussen was born on December 25, 1889. in Fountain Green a son of Rasmus and Anna Christiansen Rasmussen lie is a retired farmer and stockman. Mrs. Rasmussen, the former Fada Draper, was born October 6, 1892, in Moroni, a daughter of Kimball and Cynthia Downs Draiier. She is active in the church auxiliary organizations, having been president of the ward Relief Soeie'y, visiting teacher, member of the ward choir and counselor in the YWMIA. They were married in Nephi October 1, 1909, with the marriage later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. They have resided in Fountain Green all of their married life. Navy, is a son of Sheriff and Mrs. C. W. Jensen of Moroni. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank G. McNeal of Pacific Grove. The marriage ceremony was performed at the U. S Naval Postgraduate School. Mr. Jensen is a graduate of Moroni high school and has atSince tended Snow College. his enlistment in the Navy in 1957 he has completed Aviation Electronic School at Memphis, Tenn., and is stationed at the Naval Air Facility in Monterey, Calif. When his Navy stint is completed in January 1961, he plans to attend Utah State University where he has a scholarship. The bride is a graduate of Monterey Union high school, and from Monterey Peninsula College. She is presently enrol led at the School of Dentistry, University of California. San Mrs. James will be accompanied by her staff of officers and visitors from other lodges throughout the state are also expected to attend. Mr. Justesen was born October 5, 1868, in Spring City, a son of Rasmus and Sarah Ann Shepherd Justesen. He has been g a resident of this city He married the late Geneva Hyde Justesen December 28, 1892. He has been active in civic affairs. His parents were early pioneers of this city.
