He was born March 25, 1911 in Fillmore, Utah to Richard and Mary Gull Russell. He married Martha Lucas on December 31, 1946 in Salt Lake City. She died March 20, 1974. He was an electrician at Lagoon and was a veteran of World War II. Survivors are: one son, Frank Russell, Salt Lake City; four daughters, Mrs. Rob (Kaye) Watkins. Burbank, California; Mrs. Robert (Doris) Curtis, Fernley, Nevada; Mrs. John (Helen) Shaw, Churubusco. Indiana; Mrs. Frank (Judy) Gunderson, Diamond Bar, California; 11 grandchildren; and a brother. Seymour K. William Russell, Spring-vill- e, Utah.
