Those making comments are as follows: Ray Brown: Asked if the County Commission and the Planning Commission had read and evaluated the environmental impact study. Garold Moody: Asked about correctness of meeting, whether or not he could enter a protest against the issuance of the Conditional Use Permit to IPP and if all the data had been gathered and studied in connection with the underground water or wells and the legality of transference of water. Phil Nielson: Commented on legality of transference of water and wanted to support the action that was being taken this night. Allen Nielsen: Commented on the safeguards in connection with the water that the State Engineer has imposed on the sale of the water, so that if a water user is damaged through the sale of water he can file a law suit to recover damages. Ray Brow n :Clar i f icd above action to recover damages. Dean Black: Said that he is and has been for the Project and felt that this Conditional Use Permit should he granted. He also felt that the majority of the people in attendencc to the meeting were also in favor of the Project. Slese Walker: Commented about the use of the power plant's waste water in Huntington being used to grow fruit trees and that there was no damage there, only improvement.
