Packer, administrator of Fillmore Hospital, has successfully completed a three year program of graduate level study in health sen ices administration, sponsored by the University of Minnesota. The Credential of Advanced Studies in Health Sen ices Administration was awarded to Packer on June 13 in Minneapolis. Mrs. I'la Maycock also of Fillmore was selected as alternate. Mrs. Cahoon retired early this summer as director of the Pahvant Senior Citizens group, a position she held tor many years.
