Other possibilities are classical or contemporary music, jazz, dance, theatre, mime, and puppetry. Of course, such performances are terribly expensive, but because of funds supplied through the Kellogg Foundation, the Utah Arts Council, and the National Endowment for the Arts, Fillmore can have a fine slate of programs at a very low cost. This is the organization which brought you Statehood Day, the Legend of Chief Kanosh Pageant, the Messiah, and an array of fine programs each year through the Consortium Tour. Membership is always open; the advantages arc many and the responsibilities are few. Dues, which are paid only once for a lifetime memberare ship $3.00 a person and $5.00 for a couple.
