Show idlo world QOur Town Published every Friday at Fillmore, Utah By rt SUSAN B. BY STELLA DAY r For nearly a month now, in my spare time, I have been reading and condensing biographies of pioneers, which have been collecting through tne years and filed in the State House by the East Millard Company of DUP. As Historian, for this group for over twenty-fiv- e years, 1 am delighted in the number of excellent biographies collected, but there are still many of the first pioneers whose biographies are not in the files. Of course a number of the pioneers such as Anson Call, only stayed in Fillmore a year or more and went on to help settle other sections of the West, others left for "greener pastures" and there are no decendents to file their histories, but those descendents who are near enough to know about the printing of this new book, should make every effort to get their material to us before the dead line, May 1st of 1977. This will probably be the only printing we will ever have as it is such an expensive time consuming project that every one involved will refuse to ever get into such an arduous task again. Since the book is to be printed in alphabetical order, we are especially anxious to have the biographies of the families beginning with A,B,C, and D, in to us right away, as we have finished the names beginning with A, and are nearly through with the Bs (rewriting and condensing these biographies), since we cannot estimate the number of pages which will be in this book until we get in all of the bio- 6 X x r j p &rf 't : NATIONAL Black Forest proudly shows off her foursome batch.
