He was a few years younger than my brother Willard Huntsman and a few years older than my brother George. He became a good friend and pal of both of these boys and spent many happy hours in our home. I was the Secretary of the Board of Directors all of the time Howard was Administrator of the Fillmore L.D.S. Hospital. The Hospital was' always operated in the black. Howard believed that every one should pay their hospital bills, since each family should carry hospital insurance ior that purpose. Even though Howard suffered from asthma, he gave freely of his time and talents to whatever task he performed. Each of us benefited by his efficient methods of administration. May his memory live with us always. I am sure that most of us realize how fortunate Fillmore is to have such dedicated men as Paul McBride and Golden Wright to serve as mayors of Fillmore since Howards time. When a person has worked as closely as I with these mayors, and City Councils, that person realizes how difficult it is to satisfy the general public.
