Monday, August 6th la Youth Day with Jr. Olympics from 0 a m. to noon. The afternoon Includes a free swim at the pool and movies at the high school, winding up the day with a youth 3. and Chuckwagon breakfast, there will be wildlife displays, commercial exhibits and a sidewalk sale The final showing of the pageant will be followed by a dance at the Catholic halL Union Saturday, August 11 Pacific Day will honor tha railroad and railroaders who have played a most Important part In Milford's history. The Lions will have another Chuckwagon breakfast, with the Miniature Kids parade starting at 8 30 a m highlighted by the Union Pacific Parade Train. At 11 am. beards and Centennial Drews which will be wom all week long will be on library hill. Immediately followed by the planting of a time capsule, with of the day, at noon. That evening at 8 30 p m. the Centennial banquet will be held followed by the Centennial Ball which will feature a huge cane, end name orchestra. Results of the Judgtng of the beards and Centennial dress w.'l be an- 7 dance. Tuesday, August 7 Is c day for the talent of Southern Utah, with auditions throughout the day for the Eugene Jeleanlk, of KSL'a Talent Showcase. "Search for Talent" Show, which will tart at 8 30 p m. It will be preceded by a buffet luncheon at the elementary school. Wednesday, August 8 Is Governor's Day with s banquet at 8 30 p m to honor Governor Hampton who will attend the banquet and the first night showing of the Centennial Pageant "Milford. Our Lady", Laules Thursday, August 8 3, 1973 TO ELKS SPONSOR DERBY DEMOLITION Participants are urged to sign up before August 15 as after that time It will cost another $5 to enter, Lloyd Taylor Is the local Roger (Ferg) JohnChairman, son and Jim Nowllng are committee members and entry blanks may be obtained from any of them.
