However, there are many who still must certify In order to receive payment under these programs, according to Phil Ellason, Chairman of the Millard ASC Committee. Mr, Ellason pointed out that June 20 Is the final date, and that certifications received after that date could not be accepted. Farmers who certify early will receive their payment soon after July I. Certification Is the method whereby farmers report their compliance of their planted acreages and the de of their acreage.
