His mother is Mrs. Emma Osiek Sweat of Greensdale, Utah. Mrs. Jean Harding of Provo reports that her daughter, Vao- let with her husband, Dr. T. G. Schoppe and their children, Scharae, Kathy and Danny have returned to their home in Garden Grove, Calif., following a visit in Provo during the past week. The Schoppes also spent some time with their daughter, Vicki Sue, who is attending Brigham Young University, and were attenders at the recent church conference. Mr. Schoppe’s brother, Karl, of Salt Lake City, was also an overnight guest at the Harding home and accompanied the family to California, where he is visiting. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Tippetts and children, Laura, Susan and Clarence have returned to their homein Sauk Village, Ill., affer spending the week in Provo | with Mr. Tippett’s mother, Mrs. Lucy Tippetts. The family also visited with their son, a stu-| dent at BYU and with other relatives in Salt Lake City, American Fork and Pleasant Grove. The Tippetts came to Utah to attend the funeral of a nephew, a young Boy Srout, Joel Tippetis, who was killed in an outing accident last week. Her visit was cut shore due to the death of Mr. Marcroft’s father. While away, Mrs. Marcroft reports visiting her sister, Mrs. Lucian Ray in Cleveland, O., and her son, Jay Marcroft, wife and family at Columbus, 0.
