No one was injured. It was the second mishap in two days to Navy planes trying to reach the pole station where another crippled Neptune and its crew has been stranded since Oct. 26. A. Navy R4D made a forced landing at Liv Station Thursday. When the crash crew arrived, Lt. Robert Bolling of Rhode Island and his copilot, Lt.
