This would be an increase of 51%, which is $14.85 per year($1.24per month) on a $100,000.00 residence or $27.00 per year on a business having the same value as the average value of a residence in the taxing entity. With NEW GROWTH, this property tax increase and other factors, Granger -Hunter Improvement District will increase its property tax revenue from $1,895,090.08 collected last year to $2,919,659.42 COLLECTED THIS YEAR WHICH IS A REVENUE INCREASE OF 54%.
