Show LOCAL BREEDS WIN MANY FAIR PRIZES; i Klghtocti prizes on nlnteen Individ. mils Is the record mado by C. P.' Warnlck and Sons Association at the State Fair this week. The herd there i exhibited contained animals or three I different lines of Ilerkshlre breeding; nml with the exception of two animals . nil were produced by tho exhibitors.' Klovon first prizes, four seconds; i and three third prizes were awarded' this herd. A championship ribbon for tho best sow under one year was a worthy trophy awarded them also. In every class there was keen com.! petition since there woro five herds j on list as competitors for prizes. The' Herkshiro outnumbered a total of all ', other breeds exhibited at the Talrj this year. This fact testifies to tho Increasing popularity of tho breed.
