DEED ANNULLED. Action to Set Aside Deed Nielson Heirs llud Given the Widow. There was quite a lively hearing in he Augustiuius Nielson estate before Judge McCarty last Friday, the 20 ult. The matter arose over a deen which the heirs of Mr. Nielson signed giving an absolate title of all to the mother of all. This was done a verv few day after the death o the father who had left a will givim the wife a life estate in the property and providing that after her demise i should be evenly divided among his children. There were two of tin uumber, Mrs. Hattie Crosland aim Mrs. Minnie Hansen, who became dis satisfied with the matter and Mrs. Crosland brought the action to hav the deed set aside. There was a great deal of svidenct in regard to the family gathering B which the decision to give the deed was reached and the circumstances under which the transaction tool place After hearing all the evidence the court said that the deed should stand annulled as regarding the tw applicants. The deed holds good hs to the other heirs. The will prevails as to two sisters. Attorneys Georg T. Bean and I. J. Stewart represented them and E. E. Hoffmann represented the estate. Mrs. Johanna Soderholme, of Fergus Falls, Minn., fell and dislocated her shoulder. She had a surgeon get it back in place as soon a9 possible, but it was quite sore and pained her very much. Her son mentioned that he had seen Chamberlains Fain Balm advertised for sprains and soreness, and she asked him to buy her a bottle of it, which he did. It quickly relieved her and enabled her to sleep which she had not done for several days. The son was so much pleased with the relief it gave his mother that he has since recommended it to many others For sale by Neill Drug Co. In a letter received from Dr. C. R.
