March 26, Public announcement Dear Sirs: We would greatly appreciate your support by broadcasting or printing the following public service announcement, or your version thereof: The Utah Trails Council, a citizens group, non-prof- it dedicated to serve and represent all trails using groups, is sponsoring a series of meetings to acquaint the public with its organization and goals. Each Deadline for studded snow tires Mar. 31st March 31 is the last day that Utah motorists will be allowed to use studded snow tires this Spring. Motorists may, of course, continue to use snow tires without metal studs. According to Utah State Law, studded snow tires may only be used from October 15th through March 31st. There is no provision within state statutes to extend this deadline. For instance there is the nervously, sensitive ego trying to function in a mans body, competing with other men in a cold, demanding world. This type of personality will grovel to please a man or woman higher in authority, senior officer, or a person with prestige that he desires to impress with over-rate- d diplomacy. This is showing the small, dainty writing with an even base line. Little things become large issues and the writer can "be blind to bigger, more important problems and situations. The other extreme is the masculine, strong-wille- d ambitious, daringly competitive ego trying to function in a womans body. These people have large, black, pressured, forceful writing. cause tremendous Both of the foregoing conflict within these certain type of people and they may never suspect the cause. It would be of great interest to compare the handwriting of these two types of people with their chosen mates. There would also be conflict here, too. Another kind of conflict would be a well organized person to have to work for, or with an unusually disorganized person.
