The men holding the priesthood from Mendon were excused from the regular priesthood meeting at 10:00 a. m. and met in the Relief Society room of the Wellsville tabernacle where President Edwin Clawson of the Hyrum stake explained that the General authorities had recommended that Mendon ward be placed in Logan Stake to even the size of the two stakes. A vote was taken and no dissent was expressed against the move. This leaves Hyrum Stake with nine wards, Avon, Paradise, Hyrum 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, Millville, Nibley, Wellsville 1st and 2nd. Presidency, the High Council, and Patriarchs of the stake in attendance. The visiting brethern were Elders Dil worth S.
