I hat is, for some there seems io tie no rnd to the desire to go after the federal dollar in spile of the strings attached, While most officials have a general desire to do the right thing for the citizens of a city or county, there also seems to be a desire of some to control HRSr, good I citizens law-abidi- overlooking those who infringe upon the rights of oihers. My view is that we in government should serve more and control less. while AS A consequence of my experience to date, 1 have developed a few personal guideposts to assist me when specific issues come up.
