HE HAS served the past two years as the state representative from District 51, in northern Davis County. He will be the Democratic party candidate in the Nov. 7 genera election this fall. Representative Wimmer is a native of Davis County and a graduate of Davis High School He is married to the former Karen Knudsen and they have three children, and Karianne, Jessica BRENT Winchester was appointed to the council to fill year the one and one-hal- f term remaining vacated by former Councilman Claude Nix, said City Recorder Kathy Paul. She said the change was necessary because Nix will be moving to Centerville and is often taken from the state in his employment. Lucybeth CAMPAIGNING is a family affair at the Wimmer home. His wife is a county and state delegate and Karianne and Jessica are old campaign pros from two years ago. Lucybeth will be new to the campaign fair this year. Mr. Wimmer has been a local businessman for the past eight years He has been an area representative for the 3M Company and is presently as a real estate and investment consultant.
