Warden of Kavsville was presented the Physicians Recognition Award of the American Medical Association by the Academy for Continuing Medical Education. THIS AWARD is in recog- nition of the fulfillment of requirements in the continuing education program (post graduate education). It is open to all graduates of American and Ctyiadian Schools of Medicine or Osteopathy who are residents of. the United Stales. DR. WARDEN began his practice in Kaysville in 1968 after serving in the U.S. Army for four and one half years at Fort Huachuca, Ariz. Prior to his assignment in Arizona, he completed a tour of duty in Vietnam.
