She has been on the honor roll and was involved in the science Weber School District picks winners in spelling bee The old fashioned idea of a spelling bee is very new and alive in the Weber School District. Beginning three years ago an anonymous donor to the Weber School District Foundation endowed a districtwide spelling bee. This activity has continued to grow in interest and popularity. The spelling bee involves grades 3 through 12 with all schools in the district participating. Competition begins in February at the class level. This competition is next carried to the school level and from there to the cone or area level. Winners from throughout the entire district held the final spelloffs at South Ogden Junior High School on March 22. To climax the evening's ticipation in the spelling bee. variety activities.
