In the recent issue, E. L. Olivers article is very interesting. As a citizen, as well as a farmer, I am interested in any program that would solve present day problems. I desire to be helpful and cooperative to that purpose by giving my goodwill and moral support. I realize, however, that no half-wa- y sort of a compromise will accomplish what must be done in order to bring order out of chaos. I have but one farm program, as well as one national and world program. It l's to trade the capitalist system for the CAPITAL SYSTEM. Man and money constitute 'the Capital System. Mr. Morgan is a labor member of the commission from district 19. He expects to return in time to attend a convention of C. I. O. unions in Cheyenne on December 15, called to organize a Wyoming State Industrial Union Council. The regional headquarters in .Salt Lake City are in charge of Frank Bonacci, C. I.
