I. 0. organization campaign, and by refusing an application for an industrially organized agricultural workers union charter. In spite of the fact that nearly all California labor councils, in an effort to preserve labor unity, have refused to eject C. I. 0. unions, the executive council voted support to Green, who seeks to split the labor movement.
