'Hie proposed action will incorporate Forest Plan Standards and Guidelines in these Allotment Management Plans; realign allotment boundaries between two of the allotments; issue term grazing permits and term private land permits, based on the range carrying capacities; develop a livestock management strategy; and develop plans for structural and range improvement projects. Analysis will consider a range of alternatives that respond to the proposed action, purpose and need, and issues identified in scoping. The No Action Alternative will be considered.
