The seminar will focus on Naomi Fells theory on validation. It will be presented by Colleen Brill, MSN, RN. Members of Preschool story hour is every PRICE CITY LIBRARY Thursday at 1 p.m.; there will not be a preschool story hour Dec. 31 due to early closure. The next scheduled date for preschool story hour is Jan. 7. The next scheduled date for Wednesday story hour is Jan. 6 at 7 p.m. The library will close at noon on Dec. 31; it will also be closed all day Jan. 1 and Jan. 2. The library will resume its regular winter hours Jan. 4. The librarys winter hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.; Friday, 10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.; closed Sunday. The front entrance ofthe Price City Library will be closed for approximately two months due to construction on a special needs ramp. Access to the library may be obtained through the back door, located on the west side of the building. RACES Scofield is now an official circuit location for the Utah Snowmobile Racing Association. Races will be held at Scofield Reservoir adjacent to the boat ramp Jan. 2 and 23 at 10 a.m. The fastest and most powerful snowmobiles in the western states compete in a drag race and grand prix on Saturday, Jan. 2. On Jan. 23, there will be an oval race on the ice. There is an admission price, with pit passes, concessions and restrooms available. NEW YEARS EVE DANCE The Wellington Mountaineers will sponsor a New Years Eve dance at Wellington City Hall at 9 p.m. No alcohol, please. CHURCH UNION GOSPEL MISis the only homeless SION shelter in southeastern Utah. It is located approximately half-wa- y between Salt Lake City and Grand Junction, Colo. The D&RG railroad yard is located directly across the street, and most of the missions clients come into the area by rail.
