September 30, 1998 Trooper Kelly Roberts investigated rollover accident that a Coloclaimed the life of a rado woman. The 1996 Chevrolet Camaro was eastbound on Interstate 70, near Joseph. The vehicle crossed to the left shoulder, back across both eastbound lanes, and onto the right shoulder. The vehicle then rol led three times down a steep embankment. Both occupants were ejected from the vehicle and the vehicle came to rest on its top against a fence. The fatality victim, Margaret Harris, 60, of Parker, Colorado, was crushed by the impact of the vehicle. Mr. Robert Harris, 62, also of Parker, Colorado, came to rest just east of the vehicle. Mr. Harris was transported by ambulance to the Sevier Valley Hospital in Richfield and later Life Flighted to LDS Hospital in critical condition with hip and internal injuries. Neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt.
