Kites and balloons should be f flown in open Cheerleaders earn honors at camp The North Sevier Cheerleaders captured several first place trophies at the Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA) summer camp held in Logan, Utah, on July 27- - 30. Competing against eighteen other varsity squads from Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming, the North Sevier cheerleaders earned first place in dance and sideline cheers. They also received one of four superior trophies given to the outstanding Salina City council meeting squads at camp. In addition, the girls received the Leadership Award. This award was given to the squad who showed un ity and spirit and was voted on by all the squads at camp. During an All-Stcompetition, three of North Seviers cheerleaders made the Ashley ar Burr, Shauni Curtis, and Tana Sampson.
