They were in Provo on Friday, April 28, to attend the convocation exercises at BYU for granddaughter Elisse Kennard of Draper. Elisse received a degree in linguistics. On April 29, granddaughter Emma Emabarrus received her endouments in the Manti Temple and the Palmers were there to share the event. Emma will be married in the Salt Lake Temple on May 2, 1995. A grandson, Benjamin, son of Bishop and Mrs. Marlin Palmer of Payson, has been called to the North Austrailia Brisbane Mission. His sister, Cherie, is now serving in Japan. Ron and Dorie Martin attended exercises at BYU for their daughter-in-la- s, Tina, wife of Mark Martin. Tina received her degree in Elementary Education. Jean Neilson met with her brother, Dan L. and Nadine Olsen and family from Napa, California. They came for the graduation ceremony of their daughter-in-laHolly, wife of David Olsen. Holly received her degree in Communications. Twenty-tw- o family members met for lunch afterward, and enjoyed a nice visit. About 125 members of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers met at Bicknell for their convention. The theme was Rembering Out Heritage. They had a beautiful program and delicious luncheon.
