It seems that the Paradise car was struck very forcibly on the left side, turning it around and before the driver could guide it, it crashed with terrible force against the c0ncrete fountain, crushing the body of the car, and throwing its occupants with great force to the pavement. Mr. .Joseph Keefe who happened along, with the help of bystanders, l0aded the elder Bankhead and wife and the younger Mrs. Bankhead and her little daughter into his car and conveyed them direct to the Logan hospital. The Injuries of Mr. and Mrs. Bank, head Sr. and Mr, Bankhead Jr. were so severe that they died shortly afterwards. Mrs. Bank, head Jb was alsQ quite severely injured suffering several bruises and a broken leg. The driver and the little girl escaped with minor Injuries and they will soon recover from the shock.
