Show VOLUME X V RITES HELD FOR HYRUM PIONEER Serene and beautiful were the serv.ces held Tuesday in the second ward chapel over the remains of .Henry Nathanial McBride, familiarly known as San by his friends and associates. The pjjaneer passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack, December 26, while doing chores. He was the son of Oliver and Elmira McBride, pioneers of 1860. Viih Bishop Camel Larsen in charge, the following program was given. Inspirational hymns were rendered by the ward choir, directed by A.J. Petersen, and accompanied by Alta Petersen and Vinnie Clawson. Those who praised the noble character of the deceased were: Albin Clawson, Levi J. Anderson, President Edwin Clawson and Devon V ser. Special musical numbers included a vocal solo by Mrs. Lyman Morrell and a piano solo by Vinnie Clawson. St i Ti , u Bishop Larsen, in behalf of the family, expressed appreciation to all present for the floral contribu-t.on- s and assistance rendered during the death of Mr. McBride. Prayers were offered by W.O. McBride and Leslie Anderson. The high priest quorum of the second ward, of which he was a member, acted as Grand children and nieces carried the flowers. I pall-bearer- s. Interment took place in the City cemetery, where the grave was dedicated by Leo C. Nielsen. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Annie McBride, Mrs. Lucille Hansen of Vallejo, California, Mrs. Muriel Edwards of Reno, Nevada, Mrs. Adola Jorgensen of Preston, Idaho, Monrad McBride of Richmond, California and ten grand children.
