Store Victim of Robbery Sometime during Tuesdey night of this week Allen Bros. Store was the victim of a. bold robbery. The thief dr thieves, and it is the opions of those who investigated the case, that there were at least three or four in the gang, gained entrance thru a window in the storage room back of the store, from which, being once inside, they had eafiy access to the main building. The goods taken could not exactly be estimated, as it consisted mainly of gents wearing apparel, such as shoes, hose, shirts, etc., and a small amount of cash from the till. Evidently the thieves were satified with what thry could get from the store, as they did not disturb the safe located in one corner which no donbt they would have tried to open had they been real experts at the business. However the perpetrators made ayvay with what they got and up to ' this writing no clue of the. thieves has been found, but the officers are working on the case, and if apprehended will likely land them behind the bars. be put. . t the 3rd wajd chapel, Sunday, June 26, & 2 BpyL.
