Jensen, of this city, was taken to the Logan hospital by Dr. Worley last Saturday, to be operated on for the accummulation of puss on his lungs, from which he has suffered for some time passed. It was found necessary to remove part of one of his ribs for the insertion of a tube for drainage. The young, man was taken dowm with pneumonia superinduced by influenza, early this spring, and has been in a quite critical condition for some time, and altho he has been able at times to be up and around he did not seem to improve in health. He was taken very ill again last Saturday when Dr. Worley was sent for who found that an operation was necessary to relieve the boy from his suffering. The doctor has good reason to believe that the young man will completely recover, although it will probably take several weeks.
