First of all they are in keeping with the weather. It will give you pep to see their many stunts. Miss Jaine is one of those California beauties who is winning many laurels from the Utah audienees. Miss Revere is a Michigan gir and was born on the Great Lakes where swimming is - common in the summer time. Do not throw near the house and keep the garbage can tightly closed at all times. In the second control measure we have such things as various types of fly traps, Tanglefoot, etc , to catch the flies after they once get into the house. They are all effective. The best method, however, is to mix a tablespoonful of form din with a pint of equal parts of sweet milk and water. Pour it into shallow dishes, put in a piece of bread and a little sugar, and there you are. The fly will drink the liquid And the and immediately die. beauty of this method is that it will not seriously harm a child if he gets it. Last of all, all doors and windows of the house should be properly screened and the fly menace will become negligible. Solon H.
