HUT j I ( 1 ) Twenty years ago, this was a modern kitchen. But today it doesn't measure up. Theres too much wasted space, an unsightly undersink area, open shelving, no water seal between sink and cabinets. Tired of its inconvenience and lack of style, the husband and wife decided to remodel. (2) They called a steel kitchen dealer who offered free planning. He drew this layout. Additional storage and work space were gained with a corner base cabinet with revolving shelves and a cabinet along the left wall. Twin bowl cabinet sink gave greater convenience. Handy what-no- t shelves rounded off the enclosed wall cabinets. (3) The husband tore out the old and put in the new kitchen in one day. The Youngstown Kitchen cabinets came ready to install, finished in a Dawn Yellow baked-o- n enamel. He bolted them together and to the wall, bolted on the water-tigtop, and the job was done, except for plumbing by a licensed plumber and decorating by his wife. Ceiling soffit f hardboard.
