This is the only area where early hunting was scheduled this year by the Utah Board of Big Game Control. The general deer season begins October 25. Sportsmen may hunt the Antimony unit on the regular big game license and tag. They may also purchase an extra doe deer tag at one of the two established checking stations for the hunt if they wish to take a second animal. Items to be sold include seventeen .22 rifles, nine big game rifles, nine shotguns, seven pairs of binoculars, fishing poles, baskets, and other goods. This equipment was confiscated by the courts because of illegal use in the pursuit of andor taking fish and game. Each item will be offered for sale individually and will go to the highest bidder. The sale will begin at 10:00 a. m. Saturday morning in the Senate Chambers of the Capitol Building.
