Spicy Pork Chops Good pork chops are fine as Is, but try them according to this recipe, and youll have a spicy dish thats aromatic, nutritious and perfect for this season. To serve 6, mix together 2 tbsp. flour, Yi tsp. onion salt, Yi tsp. celery salt, Ya tsp. garlic salt, Yz tsp. dry mustard and Yi tsp. poultry seasoning. Season both sides of 6 loin pork chops with this fine seasoning mixture. Place in 2 tbsp. fat in a large skillet, brown both sides well. Swiss Steak Remove chops from pan.
