Maughan LAYTON Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Lay-to- n Third LDS ward chapel for Charles P. Maughan, former bishop of that ward. Bishop Clyde B. Adams officiated. Prayer at the home was by Emil Van Almon. Prelude and postlude music was played by. Mrs. Erma Boam. J Morris Whitesides gave the invocation. Vernon and Archie Maughan sang Come Unto Me, accompanied by Mrs. Archie Maughan. Speakers were Bishop Leland Maughan of Wells ville; Ar-v- a Hinckley; and Eugene D. Jones.
