Milton W, (Bill) Ricketts of Las Vegas, Nevada. The young couple will exchange vows Feb. 23 in the Clearfield Second ward chapel before Bishop J, Kay Nelson. The Parents of the bridegroom are Emery W. Ricketts of Sheridan, Wyoming, and Mrs. Ricketts - TAXES SALLY'S SALLIES the Following the ceremony newlyweds will be feted at a reception at the stake house.
