The cap will come off with- out any trouble. re PORK SAUSAGE CORN CASSEROLE 1 pound Fresh Pork Sausage 1 No. 2 can whole kernel com Links 2 tablespoons chopped green PePPer 3 tablespoons sausage drippings cup cracker crumbs l 3 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons drippings (for V2 cups milk crumbs) minutes. Remove to Fry sausage until very lightly browned plate, pouring off all but 3 tablespoons fat and make sauce in same pan by adding flour to fat, then stirring in milk. Stir until thickened and add com and green pepper. Put half of crumbs in bottom of baking dish or casserole, add creamed mixture, then most of sausages more creamed mixture, then top with .remaining crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons of the sausage drippings.
