Show Grant Promotes Safety College and Utah Technical colleges at Provo and Salt Lake are sharing a $65,000 grant from the Snow Safety and Health Occupational Administration to teach safety awareness and practices to business and industry in Utah. More than 25 instructors will be employed from business and industry. Most of the grant will be used to pay their salaries. PTA Halloween Carnival Will Be Held Tuesday The Ephraim PTA will present its Halloween Carnival at the Ephraim Elementary and Junior High School Tuesday evening between the hours of 6 and 8.30.
