Show iv Highland Republican Announces Bid For Congressional Seat Craig Kessler of Highland Tuesday announced his candidacy for Congress from Utahs first district. He made the announcement before a group of his in his American Fork supporters after-dinne- Ol OotylJ MrCot'y Republican Board of Directors. In 1977 Mr. Kessler received the Utah County Outstanding Young Republican Man of the Year award. Craig R.
