SECTION 6. Only qualified electors of Manti shall be permitted to cast a vote at such election. There is to be no special registration of voters for such election and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election, except that the County Clerk of Sanpete County will register at his office during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays and except during the ten-dperiod Immediately preceding the bond election, any person who on the day of the election will be a qualified elector, and will register such persons as provided by law.
