Sorensen has been in Mesa at extended spring training to rehab from a pulled groin muscle injury that he suffered in spring training. Sorensen was acquired by the Angels from the Cleveland organi7ation on May 21, 2004 for a player to be named later. He appeared in 95 games for the Stingers last season and hit .309 w ith three homers and 37 runs batted in. Catcher Tom Gregorio also returns to the Salt Lake roster today. Gregorio has also been at extended spring rehabbing a tom calf muscle in his left leg.
